Simple Orange theme (colors inspired by Creamy).
Requires Nodoka GTK+ Engine (it's still beta so it can be buggy).
TODO: (at least if engine will let me

1) make dark scrollbars [#222] (it can be done, but looks awful...)
2) make dark menus [#222] (same here)
3) remove horizontal lines from menus
